Barbados Crop Over Festival

Crop Over is a raucous, brightly-hued celebration of the end of the Barbadian sugar cane crop season. The streets erupt into a lively cacophony of revelers dancing to Caribbean soca music and wearing spectacular, multicolored costumes and body paint.

Kaya joins the party with a festive tropical tasting menu offered from July 27 to 30.

First Course (choice)

Bajan Salt Bread; with West Indian salad

Salt Cod Fritters; with dipping sauce

Second Course (choice)

Crispy Cou-Cou Cake; roasted pepper puree, and spicy pepper slaw for garnish

Bajan Rubbed Wahoo, clams, crisp potato rounds, rum/ginger pan sauce

Dessert

A sweet little surprise with sugar cane
