This special dinner takes place on the evening of the Harvest Moon - the September full moon traditionally associated with the fall bounty. The fixed price tasting menu is a collaboration with Slow Food Pittsburgh, an organization that seeks to restore dining as a ecologically and socially positive experience, and Eleven’s Derek Stevens. The emphasis in on locally grown fruits, vegetables and meats, prepared with fresh, honest methods. Join us in a toast as we watch the amber moon rise from the north.
