About Casbah’s Charity Dinners On the fourth Thursday of the month, Casbah hosts a special dining event to benefit a specific local or national nonprofit organization. Each evening has its own unique menu, inspired by a particular Mediterranean region or seasonal foods. Casbah donates 100% of proceeds to the charities. We hope you can join us in helping these organizations while enjoying outstanding food and wine in Casbah's intimate lower dining room. The minimum donation per person is $100. Guests are invited to write their checks directly to the charity. Gratuity is not included. Please see our 2007 schedule of dinners to the right. Dates with links have the menus listed; others are to come. To keep apprised of future menus and charities, please join our mailing list. |
